Our strict COVID policy and Procedure will ensure that staff ans patients are well supported and reduce the risk of infection .You will also get a copy of our policy on COVID

We take this seriously and all our staff have revived Covid training ,we adhere to PPE regulations and testing .All our staff will have rapid tests prior to visiting you ,and you will also get a covid test prior to any assume that or treatment plan set in place .We will also ask your relative of your choice to be tested should they wish to be present during our visit.

Phelobotomy please include to a section under professionals to say our Phelobotomy section who take your samples to the lab and can get the results within 2hrs .

Policies and Procedures

At Hazelcare Medical we have over 500 polices and procedures to ensure we protect your interests .Our staff will also be asked to work strictly according to policy and procedures and they will all be trained staff who have undergone training including our Hazelcare Statutory and Mandatory Training which includes safeguarding ,confidentiality ,COVID and other related courses .
